Team Members who have six (6) months of service and maintain twenty (20) hours weekly
What courses qualify for Tuition Reimbursement?
Courses must come from an accredited college or certificate program.
How much reimbursement can I receive?
Maximum payable each calendar year is $1,000.00. If you receive financial aid such as grants, scholarships, etc. then your reimbursement will be reduced by that amount. If the difference is larger than $1,000 then you will not qualify for reimbursement. Books and supplies are excluded from reimbursable expenses. Reimbursement of tuition and fees is made on the following schedule according to letter grade:

How do I apply for Tuition Reimbursement?
Fill out an Tuition Reimbursement Application available from the "Learn More" button below. Have your Manager sign it and return to the Benefits Department for final approval. The application needs to be turned in before classes start
How will I know if my classes have been approved?
You will receive a memo once your classes are approved or denied by our Plan Administrator at the Support Center
What are the retirement planning benefits?
Team members age 55 or older will be reimbursed 100% of the cost, up to $1,000 annually for courses or financial counseling to help them prepare for retirement
Team members have 90 days from the last day of class to send grades and a copy of their tuition receipt to the Plan Administrator at the Support Center. After 90 days, reimbursement is forfeited.
