Make Changes

If you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE), you may make corresponding changes to your benefit coverage within 30 days of your QLE date.
BIRTH/ADOPTION

You may enroll or add coverage for a dependent child born, placed for adoption or adoption finalized

DEPENDENT/SPOUSE GAINS OTHER COVERAGE

You may remove coverage for a dependent child or spouse due to their gaining other coverage

DEPENDENT/SPOUSE LOSES OTHER COVERAGE

You may add a dependent child or spouse to coverage due to their losing other coverage

SEPARATION/DIVORCE

You may remove a spouse due to a legal separation or divorce

MARRIAGE

You may add a spouse and/or children to coverage due to marriage
