A dependent care FSA lets memembers set aside money from their paycheck on a pretrax basis to use for eligible out-of-pocket expenses. Members can use this FSA to pay for eligible child and adult care expences like day care, before and after school care, nursery school, preschool, and summer day camp.
Generally, the maximum amount that may be contributed to the Dependent Care FSA is $5,000 and detemined on a calendar year basis.
Amounts contributed to the Dependent Care FSA are subject to the "use or lose" rule. This means any unused contributions remaining at the end of the plan year are lost, unless the plan includes a grace period (which provides up to 2.5 months to access unused contributions following the end of the plan year). Review your plan documents to understand whether a grace period is available.

If Supplemental Insurance sounds like extra insurance to you, you're right. Why would you want more insurance? Simple-- Your primary health insurance, covers only some of the costs you would face with an injury, illness, hospital stay or worse. Many costs related to injuries or illnesses are not medical.
Lincoln is the marketing name used to refer to subsidiaries of Lincoln Limited providing insurance services. The supplemental products offered are underwritten by Combined Insurance Company of America and ACE American Insurance.
Life Insurance provides your beneficiaries with a cash death benefit if you're gone. Lifetime Benefit Term is term life insurance that lasts a lifetime and you can use it while you're living. If you ever need money to help pay home health care, assisted living or nursing home care expenses, a portion of the death benefit can be applied to these costs. Since most of us are living longer, it's definitely something to consider.
Accidents happen. Lincoln Insurance is there when they do with cash benefits paid directly to you if you're injured in a covered accident (plus, pays 25% more for injuries when participating in organized sports). You choose how to use the cash - cover co-pays, deductibles, bills, even groceries - it's up to you. Plus, you're covered 24/7 and own your policy as long as premiums are paid.
Life can change instantly. Serious illness like a heart attack, stroke or cancer is unexpected. And so are its costs.
